SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders may be shipped either from our registered business location in Niwai, Rajasthan, or directly from our authorized third-party vendors.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines range from 3 to 10 business days depending on product availability, location, and logistics. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

3. Multiple Shipping Sources

To ensure faster fulfillment, some products may be shipped directly from our vendor or partner locations. In such cases, packaging and shipment origin may vary.

4. Delays and Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability or inventory issues
  • Vendor or manufacturing delays
  • Logistics or courier disruptions
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions (including government orders, transport limitations, or Section 144 restrictions)
  • Natural disasters, strikes, riots, or unforeseen events (force majeure situations)
  • Intellectual property or compliance-related issues requiring product hold or review

We shall not be held liable for such delays.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and ensuring availability to receive the order.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Undelivered Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may be subject to reshipping charges or order cancellation at our discretion.
