We reserve the right to submit proof of transaction and delivery to financial institutions and to take necessary action, including account restriction and recovery of losses.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, sale items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
4. Process
Returns must be requested via email within the specified period. Approved returns will be picked up or require self-shipping if pickup is unavailable.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection within 5–7 business days. COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to reject returns and restrict accounts in cases of repeated misuse, including excessive returns or use-and-return behavior.

LEGAL NOTICE

2. Fraud and Misuse
We strictly prohibit fraudulent activities including fake orders, refusal of delivery without valid reason, repeated misuse of returns, and payment fraud. We reserve the right to block accounts and take legal action.
3. Returns Misuse
Intentional use and return of products or repeated abuse of return policies will result in account restrictions and possible denial of future services.
4. Defamation and Public Conduct
Users agree not to publish false, misleading, or harmful statements about Drapezo. Legal action may be taken in cases of reputational harm or malicious intent.
5. Intellectual Property Concerns
If you believe that your intellectual property has been used without authorization, you may submit a claim to admin.drapezo@gmail.com.
Your claim must include identification of the work, proof of ownership, details of the alleged infringement, and a declaration of good faith.
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will review the matter and may temporarily remove the concerned product during investigation.
6. Compensation and Resolution
If a claim is verified, we will permanently remove the content and may offer a good-faith compensation of 25% of the net profit generated from the sale of the product featuring the concerned design.
Such compensation shall be considered full and final settlement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Accuracy of Information
We do not guarantee that all website content is free from errors. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without prior notice.

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our platform.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Niwai, Rajasthan.
