Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Item must be in re-sellable condition
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

!! Items showing signs of use (stains, perfume, damage) will not be accepted.


How to Request

Email us at admin.drapezo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Images (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Free Return Pickup

  • We offer free reverse pickup for eligible orders
  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, self-shipping may be required (we’ll assist you)

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with images
  • Eligible for free replacement, exchange, or full refund

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are available (subject to stock)
  • If unavailable, choose:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature:

  • Innerwear
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Processed after inspection (2–4 days after pickup)
  • If approved:
    • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method (5–7 business days)
    • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Store Credit 

  • Instant after approval
  • No bank delays
  • Valid for future purchases on our store

Important

  • Returns must pass a quality check
  • We reserve the right to reject non-compliant returns
  • Rejected items may be shipped back to the customer

  • This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e commerce rules
  • Customers have the right to raise concerns regarding defective, deficient, or misrepresented products
  • We ensure fair trade practices, transparent communication, and timely resolution of valid claims
